We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, conducting user research, and translating insights into compelling design solutions. You'll work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality while pushing the boundaries of user-centered design.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with product managers and business development stakeholders to research end-users’ needs and pain-points.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to iterate and validate design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to shape features ideas into the ideal implementation.
- Produce detailed UX+UI design specifications for the development team.
- Maintain a custom design system which enables us to work faster and be more consistent.
- Help drive product roadmap by contributing design-driven feature ideas.
What You Need For This Role
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a similar industry.
- Expertise in using Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- A solid portfolio showcasing your design work and processes, highlighting your problem-solving skills and design thinking.
