Lead, UX Designer – Industry Solutions
Location: UK working GMT to Pacific time zone. Charlotte NC

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX design team we believe in a collaborative working style with a bias toward rapid prototyping, experimentation and a strong curiosity for our customers’ goals and needs.
What you will do:
As a member of the UX Design team, you will lead and manage Industry Solutions focusing on building a collaborative relationship, providing guidance and best practices on configurations by focusing on needs for specific industries, personas and workflows along with building templates. You will be contributing to our vision for the Intapp platform, delivering best-in-class product experiences, while also ensuring that our products work together seamlessly.
What you will do

Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.

Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders: developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process

Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

Partner with UX Research and the Design System team

Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.
What you will need:

8 years experience with Enterprise, B to B SaaS products

Demonstrable experience foraging collaborative relationships with cross functional partners with a focus on configuration and professional services

Demonstrable experience shaping an ambiguous, sprawling process to streamlined, persona based best practice workflows

Be comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards crisp problem statements and measures of success with cross functional partners

Experience working with a platform framework and considering the holistic end user experience

Experience working with and contributing to a Design System and the React Framework

Experience presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives

Experience or awareness on how AI is being integrated into workflow experiences.
