Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences that drive practical usage and meet real-world needs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding user scenarios, ensuring consistency in behavioral patterns, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user journey.


Key Responsibilities:

1. User-Centered Design:

  • Conduct in-depth user research to understand user scenarios, workflows, and pain points.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
  • Translate user insights into actionable design solutions that enhance the practical usage of the product.

2. Consistency and Standards:

  • Ensure consistency in design patterns and behavioral interactions across the entire product.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UI kits to standardize visual and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and adherence to best practices.

3. Practical Application:

  • Focus on creating designs that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and practical for daily use.
  • Prototype and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

4. Outcome-Oriented Design:

  • Define clear design objectives and measure the success of design solutions based on user outcomes.
  • Use data and analytics to drive design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the product development lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven 5-8 yrs of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Proficient in English (Intermediate+), including conversational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
