We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help shape user experiences across multiple digital products. You will work on both external user-facing interfaces and internal tools, contributing to design decisions and improving usability across the product ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who already has hands-on experience and wants to grow by working on diverse products and real business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile products.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and UI layouts based on product requirements.
  • Participate in the design of internal systems with complex user scenarios.
  • Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
  • Take part in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
  • Help maintain consistency across products using design systems and components.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong practical skills in Figma.
  • Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly within the team.
  • Interest in developing professional skills and learning new approaches.
  • Domain experience (FinTech, CRM, complex systems) is a plus.
  • English for day-to-day communication; Russian will be an advantage.

Interview steps

  1. Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) 
  2. Portfolio review with UX/UI Team (~45 minutes) 
  3. Test task
  4. Final Interview (~60 minutes)

Portfolio requirement: Your portfolio should include final designs as well as 1–2 detailed case studies that clearly demonstrate your design process, decision-making, and the reasoning behind the final solution.
