We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help shape user experiences across multiple digital products. You will work on both external user-facing interfaces and internal tools, contributing to design decisions and improving usability across the product ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who already has hands-on experience and wants to grow by working on diverse products and real business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and UI layouts based on product requirements.
- Participate in the design of internal systems with complex user scenarios.
- Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Take part in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Help maintain consistency across products using design systems and components.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong practical skills in Figma.
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly within the team.
- Interest in developing professional skills and learning new approaches.
- Domain experience (FinTech, CRM, complex systems) is a plus.
- English for day-to-day communication; Russian will be an advantage.

Portfolio requirement: Your portfolio should include final designs as well as 1–2 detailed case studies that clearly demonstrate your design process, decision-making, and the reasoning behind the final solution.
