Overview
The Europe B2B Marketing team is looking for a Vice President, B2B Marketing for Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) to help drive our commercial payments and money movement strategy forward. The ideal candidate is passionate about working on B2B and digital marketing, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this regional CNPF B2B Marketing position responsible for Europe, you will:• Lead team of three people who are marketing experts for product and business verticals of corporate solutions, small and medium enterprise solutions, and money transfer solutions• Work closely with the CNPF product and business development teams in Europe to develop launch strategies for new products, strategic narratives, case studies, sales materials and other awareness, consideration and engagament assets.• Collaborate with Global CNPF B2B Marketing, Europe Communications and local market teams to develop and/or localize business thought leadership materials, and bring to life an annual always-on marketing plan• Lead external B2B marketing activities, including but not limited to the presence at relevant events and in the social media (primarily LinkedIn), with the objective to drive awareness and perception of Mastercard's commercial payments and money movement capabilities• Track and measure all activities and their effectiveness vs business and marketing KPIs• Leverage market intelligence about market trends and competitors' initiatives, as well as knowledge of Mastercard products and solutions to identify new opportunities

The ideal candidate for this position should:• Be experienced in developing and delivering complex global or regional B2B, product and partner marketing initiatives• Understand what a good business thought leadership and lead generation initiatives look like, and how to measure their success• Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision, roadmap and initiatives effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders • Be skilled at explaining complex products and solutions succinctly and clearly• Always look for potential solutions to solve problems and drive efficiencies
