Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead the architecture and delivery of eFront ERM solutions within the Aladdin Client Business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment, customization, and support of our ERM platform for a diverse portfolio of institutional clients across insurance, banking, and industrial sectors.

Strategic Contributions to ERM Roadmap:

  • Design and prototype new ERM features in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the ERM platform by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements based on client feedback and delivery experience.
  • Lead or participate in design workshops to shape the future of ERM modules (e.g., audit, risk, control, incident).
  • Lead the design of technical features
  • Coordinate with other product teams to ensure platform-wide consistency and leverage shared components

Lead Architect of ERM implementations

  • Serve as the lead architect for eFront ERM implementations, overseeing technical design, configuration, and integration.
  • Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions or product features
  • Drive performance testing and optimization initiatives across major client projects
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the ERM team.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development or technical implementation, preferably in risk, audit, or control management domains.
  • Deep expertise in eFront ERM architecture and configuration.
  • Strong command of SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python, .NET), and BI/reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver high-impact solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Prior exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven environments.
