Position Overview
CoreWeave is seeking a transformational Vice President of EMEA Sales to lead our regional strategy and revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as we build the world's first AI-native hyperscaler. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will serve as CoreWeave’s senior business executive and the face of CoreWeave representing the company across EMEA. You will have full responsibility for building, scaling, and leading all commercial activities, including direct sales teams, solutions architecture, channel partnerships, and go-to-market execution. This role will lead critical engagements at the highest levels of Business and Government to execute on CoreWeave’s market leader position as the AI Native Hyperscaler, including Sovereign AI. The opportunity is especially timely given the rapid pace and complexity of Government AI Funding initiatives, Corporate Innovation, EMEA regulatory dynamics, and significant focus on advancing AI, especially in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience building and scaling cloud and technology businesses, with an understanding of hypergrowth and hyperscale operations and the backing to deploy infrastructure at the scale required to serve the AI transformation happening right now across EMEA.
Strategy & Market Leadership
- Define and execute CoreWeave's strategy across EMEA, owning the business including revenue targets, cross-functional teams, product capabilities for EMEA customers, capacity planning across EMEA based on market needs, and overall market expansion strategy.
- Drive substantial revenue growth through hyperscale customer acquisition and expansion across enterprise, AI-native companies, ISVs, research institutions, and government sectors
- Recruit, develop, and lead world-class EMEA organization including country sales leaders, solutions architects with deep AI, Cloud, and Technology expertise, specialized teams for AI-native and enterprise segments
- Build relationships with government entities, sovereign wealth funds, and organizations deploying AI while positioning CoreWeave as the infrastructure partner for building regional AI capabilities at national scale
- Develop vertical-specific AI expertise across industries: financial services, automotive, healthcare, media, energy specifically targeted at EMEA customer and partner needs
- Develop comprehensive partner strategy with systems integrators, consultancies, and technology partners to drive enterprise AI transformation projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance teams on regional strategy, requirements, and execution
Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology sales and business leadership, with significant cloud and technology focus
- 10+ years with EMEA responsibility, including multi-country P&L ownership
- Proven track record achieving >$100M ARR, and ideally >$1B, in EMEA technology business leadership roles
- Experience leading strategic engagements at the highest levels including Boards, C-Suites, government officials, and technical leaders including CTOs, CIOs, and Research Teams
- Proven ability building and leading solutions architecture teams and recruiting world-class talent across diverse markets and functional roles
Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred;
- Deep technical fluency with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and distributed system technologies
- Multilingual capabilities highly valued. English required; French, German, Arabic, or other European languages a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and hyper growth operational discipline
- Based in EMEA with willingness to travel extensively across the region

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
