Our team focuses on Commercial and New Payment flows - payments made and received by small business & large corporations, and money movement transactions (e.g., P2P) via our Mastercard Move capabilities.

Role:
Partners with business leaders within CNPF to design, evaluate and advance their strategies, with a strong focus on in-market delivery and implementation.• Contribute to the CNPF's overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity. • Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across MA (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups etc. ) to drive execution• Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities, etc.) to generate actionable recommendations. • Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner • Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies. • Share learnings and insights with Divisional Presidents, Country Managers, and other key stakeholders, where relevant. • Management of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables.
All About You• Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for payments. • Extensive experience of translating strategies to execution plans, driving end to end execution - particularly in a cross-functional environment• Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payment industry. • Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. • Analytical and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive thought leadership in commercial payments & money movement
