About this role
The Data Insights & Analytics Manager will play a critical role in leading and participating in various data-driven initiatives. This position is responsible for managing reporting, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance improvements, identify areas of underperformance, and ensure optimal utilization of analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage overall reporting frameworks, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Create and deliver dashboards and reports for senior management.
Assess and measure the ROI of the ServiceNow platform.
Manage ServiceNow capabilities through Snowflake.
Supervise multiple team members and provide leadership for reporting functions within the EDI location.
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation phases of various data-driven projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop plans, tasks, and timelines.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, define scope, and plan projects.
Ensure timely updates to management and stakeholders while adhering to project plans.
Track project information, schedules, assignments, and tasks, ensuring clear team communication.
Escalate risks or issues appropriately to PMOs, sponsors, or steering committees.

Required Qualifications
7-8 years of data related experience.
3-4 years of experience leading and managing teams of 5 or more.
3-4 year of experience working with data in ServiceNow.
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Project, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proven track record of managing customer expectations, delivering projects within scope and budget, and addressing issues affecting project success.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain focus on the bigger picture.
