Job Title: EMEA Talent & Culture– Vice President

Mission: To help great people experience extraordinary careers by developing a regional strategy to enhance leadership and ensure effective deployment of talent practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EMEA Lead Talent Partner for the region, advising and collaborating with regional Business Partners, Leaders and the Global Talent and Culture Team to implement locally relevant talent strategies and distribute central products.

  • EMEA Lead for Talent Practices, ensuring that globally crafted interventions are regionally appropriate, and leading on regionally specific talent practices, for example performance evaluation, succession and MD promotions

  • Develop data driven EMEA learning and development initiatives and programs that are locally relevant for Associates and above. Own the design, delivery, and execution of local development programs, in some instances, in-coordination with our employee networks

  • Analyze talent data to communicate impact to key partners including employee opinion survey’s and employee analytics. Present key information to partners, including country leaders and HR Leadership.

  • Develop communication strategies to market programming working with partners across the firm

  • Handle vendor partners and be responsible for budget for aligned programs.

  • Participate in other Talent and Culture efforts as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading and developing innovative talent programs across countries.

  • Expertise in performance practices, including promotion processes.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to harmonise with senior partners and work in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Teamwork experience, especially in virtual teams.

  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Adaptable to change and navigate ambiguity.

Our hybrid work model
