The Work You'll Do
As VP, Global Account Sales, Europe, you will drive strategic direction and operational excellence for our sales teams across Europe and globally. You will lead the Europe sales organisation to achieve ambitious targets, foster best-in-class sales practices, and ensure seamless integration of acquired teams. Your leadership will empower sales professionals to deliver results, support key metrics, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with global and cross-functional leaders to shape sales processes, champion continuous improvement, and uphold Sovos’ commitment to integrity and growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global sales strategy and contribute to the success of a market-leading compliance technology company.

More specifically, you will:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Europe sales organisation, ensuring achievement of sales targets
  • Partner with global sales leaders to establish, document, and drive adoption of best practices for sales processes and performance metrics
  • Lead integration of acquired sales teams to support Sovos’ growth and expansion
  • Mentor and guide sales leaders across regions to foster professional development and high performance
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to exceed performance goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes
  • Prioritise changing demands and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Uphold ethical standards and act with integrity in all stakeholder interactions

What We Need From You

  • Extensive sales experience (10+ years), with a strong track record in management (5+ years preferred)
  • Proven expertise in sales within the technology industry
  • Demonstrated ability in change management and driving organisational process improvements
  • Strong time management, organisational, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead, empower, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Capacity to manage multiple assignments and projects, with flexibility for domestic and international travel
