Delivering complex change across Wealth & Asset Management

The Role
As a Project Manager within our Business Consulting practice, you will lead the delivery of strategic change initiatives across Wealth & Asset Management. Working with leading financial institutions, you will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives.

You’ll operate at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable transformation in a dynamic regulatory and market environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of complex change initiatives within Wealth & Asset Management
  • Manage project governance, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and steer clear communication between business, technology, and third-party partners
  • Ensure regulatory, operational, and client requirements are translated into clear project outcomes
  • Provide transparent reporting and insights to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering projects within Wealth & Asset Management or broader Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups across business and technology teams
  • Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships

Bonus Points For

  • Experience delivering regulatory, platform, or operating model transformation programmes
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications)
  • Exposure to front-to-back investment lifecycle processes
  • Experience working in a consulting environment
  • Familiarity with data, digital, or platform modernisation initiatives
