THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Workday Finance Reporting Analyst to join Genius Sports and help drive reporting efficiency and insight across the business. In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain a wide range of Workday reports and dashboards — from Advanced and Matrix to Composite and Discovery Boards — ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability for finance teams. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful reporting solutions, while also supporting system upgrades, integrations, testing, and business change requests. With a focus on compliance, user experience, and continuous improvement, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and technology.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
2+ years of relevant Workday experience.
Proficiency in Workday reports (Composite, Advanced, Matrix), dashboards, and Discovery Boards; Office Connect experience is a plus (Experience from similar Financial ERP’s will be considered).
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, with experience in multi-currency transactions and consolidated reporting (accounting qualification desirable).
Proven experience working in multinational environments; exposure to US-listed companies and SOX controls is an advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take on challenging opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and continuously improve.
