As a Workday Senior HCM Analyst, you will serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Act as a Senior SME for Workday HCM
  • Configuring and maintaining Core HCM Modules such as core, absence, payroll, benefits, talent, and time tracking.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy technical solutions.
  • Collaborating with HR and IT Teams: Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and implement new features.
  • Assess business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions, leading to the implementation of new Workday HCM modules and features.
  • Take ownership & coordination of end-to-end configuration for new locations and acquisitions (requirements gathering, impact assessments, configuration, testing, deployment, and training of HR staff).
  • Implement changes and ad hoc fixes on existing configuration.
  • Provide strong stakeholder management.
  • Supporting the Workday roadmap, to align with business goals.
  • Resource monitoring as the HCM Team.
  • BAU support – provide BAU support across the HCM modules via ServiceNow.
  • Monitoring System Performance: Regularly monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Performing System Audits: Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Providing End-User Support and Training: Offer support and training to end-users during implementation and post-implementation phases.
  • Developing System Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation.
  • Workday Release Management – end to end process.
  • Act as a technical expert and keep the Workday ecosystem up to date.
  • Upskilling and knowledge sharing with the wider team.

Requirements/ Skills: 

  • Very strong expertise in Workday HCM Modules.
  • Strong understanding in HR processes.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure independently.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Certificate in any of the Workday HCM Modules or relevant experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience managing people would be advantageous.
