Salary – National – ranging from £39,100 – £45,500 and London from £41,600 – £48,500 per annum (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The Team/Department
The DTI Workforce team is part of the DTI Business Management & Delivery department and is responsible for delivering effective workforce analytics, to drive strategic and senior level decision making. This includes dashboard & database management, data assurance activities and regular reporting.
What will you be doing?

Maintain and update the Resource Allocation tool (RAT MS Access database); reconcile against Finance & Workday data monthly; perform weekly HR, Workday and Contractor data reconciliation

Support regular reporting commitments including DTI Operations Report, Communities of Practice Staff List and People MI Directorate Packs

Collate and provide weekly updates on live vacancies and new joiners

Daily data refresh of Clarizen Data for Demand & Capacity (D&C) Power BI Dashboard

Assist with updates and continuous improvement of the D&C Dashboard

Assisting with transition of Reporting requirements from Excel to Power BI / Tableau, and manage weekly and monthly RAT data checks and backups

Minimum

Reporting or workforce planning experience in similar role

Previous experience of using MS Access databases, Power BI / Tableau

Strong written communication skills and proven ability to interact with people at all levels
