Handle inbound incident calls in Swedish and English to triage and document identity theft, fraud, and breach cases. Provide courteous support, gather evidence, liaise with creditors and agencies, escalate complex incidents, and coordinate remediation with internal teams.

Lead functional delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects: translate stakeholder requirements into solution designs, lead and coach functional teams, configure and demonstrate out-of-the-box and AI features, design workflows and automations, support testing, data migration, training, cutover and pre-sales activities while ensuring configuration-first designs and integration with Microsoft ecosystem components.
