Kynos Therapeutics is a clinical-stage private company developing an innovative pipeline of first-in-class kynurenine 3-monooxygenase (KMO) inhibitors. KMO plays a major role in the regulation of inflammation, acting at the interface between inflammation, immunity and metabolism.
