We are recruiting for a motivated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of our business: building strong relationships, driving sell-in and sell-through, and ensuring our brands are front and center in every store. You’ll have a passion for cycling, a commercial mindset and a track record of identifying and seizing opportunities in the field.

About us

We are Pon Bike UK, home of Santa Cruz, Cervelo, Cannondale, Reserve, OneUp and Nimbl. Six of the most exciting brands in the cycling industry who tend to do things differently. We have over 25 years of bike experience, and our ultimate goal is to sell the best road and mountain bikes in the world while having fun doing it!

Skills and requirements

  • A proven track record in sales target achievement, ideally within the cycling, outdoor or sporting goods industries.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence and build trust in person.

  • Strong self motivation - you thrive working independently on the road.

  • A passion for cycling and an understanding of the dealer landscape is a big plus.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across your territory.

What’s in it for you

  • A staff bike of your choosing, for a year, every year

  • Paid leave options to support you through every life event

  • Private Healthcare through Vitality

  • Private Pension Plan through People’s Pension

  • Rewards and Benefits through Perkbox

  • Employee Assistance Programme through Vivup

  • Access to a range of company and industry partner discounts

A note on the job title

We know that different companies use different language for similar roles. In our structure, this position is known as an Outside Sales Representative, but we appreciate that term might not land with everyone. So, we’ve called it Account Manager here to make it clearer. The role and responsibilities are the same, it’s just the name that differs.
