The Role
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Capco, you’ll play a key role in helping financial services clients embed and scale Agile delivery models. You will work across a range of transformation initiatives—guiding teams through Agile best practices, coaching on mindset and behaviours, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This is your opportunity to influence how top-tier institutions navigate the evolving digital landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Agile delivery practices across client engagements, from initiation through to measurable outcomes.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

  • Build trusted client relationships by clearly articulating Agile benefits and enabling mindset shifts.

  • Support Agile ways of working across business and technology teams, regardless of domain maturity.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to Capco’s growing Agile community of practice.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in delivering Agile transformation in financial services or regulated environments.

  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and proven ability to implement them at scale.

  • Skilled communicator, confident in managing diverse stakeholders and facilitating decision-making.

  • Proven capability in identifying and resolving team blockers and guiding continuous improvement.

  • Understanding of the intersection between Agile practices and technical delivery, including DevOps.


Bonus Points For

  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Disciplined Agile).

  • Experience working with cloud-native technologies or modern application development environments.

  • Exposure to frameworks supporting behavioural change, such as DISC or similar.

  • Prior experience coaching or training Agile teams and individuals.

  • Familiarity with capital markets, banking, or payments domains.
