The Role
We’re seeking a Business Process Specialist to join our Capital Markets practice, focused on supporting clients to improve operational performance, risk control, and process clarity. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, identify key risks and opportunities, and champion the use of tools like IBM Blueworks. What You’ll Do
Lead workshops to map cross-functional processes and capture insights from stakeholders
Document detailed process maps using IBM Blueworks (or similar) for clarity and consistency
Analyse operations to identify key risks, control gaps, and areas for optimisation
Provide coaching and support to colleagues on best practice process mapping
Monitor process KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in process mapping, improvement, or business analysis within financial services
Proven ability to apply BPMN and process documentation standards
Proficiency in IBM Blueworks or equivalent tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex operations
Confident communicator, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams
Bonus Points For
Knowledge of operational, financial, regulatory, or compliance risk frameworks
Experience supporting large-scale transformation or regulatory programmes
Familiarity with risk and controls mapping in financial institutions
Previous consulting experience within capital markets
Training delivery experience or mentoring on process tools like IBM Blueworks
