RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
- Registrar asientos contables y mantener libros contables y documentación de soporte para varias sociedades cliente
- Preparar y emitir facturas y apoyar actividades de cierre y reporting periódico
- Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y apoyar la preparación de posición de caja, pagos y reporting de cash flow
- Apoyar la preparación y presentación de impuestos en España, incluido SII, y preparar ficheros/soportes para la Agencia Tributaria
- Colaborar en la preparación de cuentas anuales y documentación estatutaria bajo supervisión
- Preparar informes financieros para clientes (balance, cuenta de resultados) y atender consultas rutinarias
- Preparar informes regulatorios para terceros cuando sea necesario y asegurar que los registros estén listos para auditoria
- Apoyar auditorías recopilando y entregando la información solicitada dentro de plazo
REQUISITOS (OBLIGATORIOS)
- 1-2 años de experiencia relevante en contabilidad, client accounting o entorno multicliente/shared services
- Grado o Máster en Contabilidad, ADE, Finanzas o similar
- Experiencia o exposición al ciclo contable completo (facturación, conciliaciones bancarias y reporting básico)
- Español fluido/nativo e inglés profesional (B2-C1) para comunicación con clientes y equipos internacionales
- Atención al detalle, organización y capacidad para gestionar varias tareas con plazos exigentes
- Enfoque proactivo y colaboración en equipo; interés por trabajar en un entorno multicultural
REQUISITOS (VALORABLES)
- Experiencia apoyando presentaciones de impuestos y/o SII
- Conocimientos de Spanish GAAP y del proceso de cuentas anuales
- Experiencia con sistemas contables/ERP y Excel intermedio
- Experiencia de trato con cliente en un entorno de servicios profesionales
