What You'll Do
- Support the development and launch of successful, profitable products across EMEA.
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify gaps and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align on product vision and goals.
- Plan and execute validation at each product build stage to gather meaningful insights.
- Create and manage product collateral including FAQs, in-box content, and how-to videos.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, preferably in consumer goods.
- A consumer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with tools like PARF or Salsify.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and iterate with feedback.
