What You'll Do
- Lead compliance activities for low and medium complexity products across global regions.
- Manage product certification projects, including design reviews and risk reporting.
- Evaluate consumer data and market activity to identify and respond to safety risks.
- Oversee recurring certification processes (EPA, restricted materials, chemicals).
- Support certification updates for legacy products and contribute to regulatory reviews.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in compliance or design of electromechanical products preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and experience in DFMEA sessions is a plus.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and drive improvements.
- Comfortable presenting technical information across different levels of the organization.
