  • Develop and execute validation plans at each build stage, covering product touchpoints, collateral, and Out of Box Experience for European markets
  • Create and manage product support materials including in-box collateral, FAQs, and troubleshooting scripts for online resources and Customer Excellence
  • Maintain accurate product setup and data integrity across systems including Oracle, PARF, PIS, and Salsify
  • Support cost target achievement through close cross-functional collaboration
  • Document program details thoroughly and ensure smooth transition to COE teams 90 days post-MP

You will embody our mindset by being rarely satisfied, understanding that details make the difference, and recognizing that winning is a team sport.
What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of experience in product development or marketing, ideally within a consumer goods environment
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • A strong consumer-first mindset and passion for building 5-star product experiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-impact environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Comfort navigating shifting priorities with transparency and resilience
  • A growth mindset-seeing setbacks as opportunities to iterate, learn, and improve
