Role Mission:

We’re looking for a BI Analyst with proven experience and strong skills in Power BI and SQL to join our team. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your creativity and technical expertise will shape the way we use data across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards that go beyond numbers — providing clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.

• Use SQL to connect, query, and optimize data from multiple sources.

• Build scalable data models that make reporting efficient and reliable.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful BI solutions.

• Champion data visualization best practices, ensuring reports are accurate, engaging, and easy to use.

• Support governance and reporting standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across BI solutions.

• Play a key role in driving our data-driven culture, helping teams embrace BI tools and think with data.

What we are looking for:

• Solid, hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL (this is your daily toolkit).

• Strong knowledge of DAX, M, and data modeling.

• Curiosity and creativity — you’re not just building dashboards, you’re telling the story behind the data.

• Awareness of report governance and BI standards to maintain consistency and scalability.

Nice to have (but not required)

• Exposure to SSIS for ETL/data integration.

• Familiarity with Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate reporting.

• Experience connecting to platforms like Azure or SharePoint.

• Knowledge of the Power BI Admin Portal to assist with workspace management, user access, and monitoring.
