As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a BI Analyst with a strong foundation in data analytics and a deep understanding of the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and has experience using BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting business growth, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain business reports across key domains including compliance, regulatory, marketing, product, and financial analytics.
  • Support the company’s expansion into new jurisdictions by translating regulatory reporting requirements into meaningful, accurate datasets and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain jurisdiction-specific, reusable report templates, automating delivery wherever feasible.
  • Analyze and visualize data using BI tools, contributing across the pipeline—from data extraction and transformation to final visualization and delivery.
  • Investigate discrepancies between internal reports and external regulator data; conduct thorough data reconciliation and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, CRM, Finance) to understand reporting needs, propose scalable solutions, and deliver insights.
  • Continuously improve and refine existing reports and dashboards to align with evolving business and regulatory demands.
  • Maintain and improve existing documentations of internal processes, reports and dashboards.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with BI tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
  • Strong familiarity with the iGaming industry, including jurisdictional reporting mandates and gaming platform data.
  • Working knowledge of AWS data stack (e.g., Athena, S3, Glue, Redshift) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
