This is a role where you can truly make an impact. As a Business Analyst, you’ll work with a high degree of ownership, either independently or alongside Product and Project Managers on meaningful strategic initiatives, from software development to process improvement delivered through our demand management channel. You’ll be part of a global, collaborative team supporting a diverse portfolio of products, giving you the chance to sharpen your existing skills while continuously expanding your expertise. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in shaping our products to align with our organisational strategy, turning big ideas and vision into tangible, real‑world outcomes.
Key accountabilities:
Analyse complex business challenges to uncover root causes and define clear, value‑driven solutions
Collaborate across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to elicit, refine and manage requirements and acceptance criteria
Produce clear, high‑quality documentation including business requirements, process flows and change impacts
Facilitate workshops, meetings and presentations to drive alignment and informed decision‑making
Identify and manage risks, support testing and readiness activities, and ensure successful change adoption
Contribute as a Product Owner within Agile teams, supporting continuous improvement and system delivery
What you bring to this role
You bring the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences. You remain focused and effective under pressure, even when working to tight deadlines. You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, managing priorities proactively and delivering results when it matters most.
Other skills required for the role
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, applying a wide range of analysis tools and techniques in global environments.
Strong domain knowledge across asset servicing, equity compensation, cash and securities movements, reconciliations, and regulated settings.
Proven delivery of system and process changes to meet legal, compliance, regulatory, and books‑and‑records requirements.
Skilled in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and eliciting clear, actionable requirements.
Expertise in process mapping, improvement, documentation, and analysing complex problems to identify root causes.
Strong communicator with a solid understanding of technical systems, Agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
