Job Requirements
Your Role as a Business Development Representative (BDR)
Think of yourself as the spark that lights the HiBob journey for our customers. As a BDR, you're not just generating leads, you're starting relationships that matter, this pipeline generation is crucial to our continued growth.
Precision prospecting: Design and execute creative campaigns that reach the right people.
Authentic connecting: Build real relationships with prospects and showcase how HiBob can transform their business.
Journey building: Guide potential customers through their first steps with us, making their path to success seamless.

Job Responsibilities
Want to make an impact? Here's what you'll do as a BDR at HiBob:
Driving Territory Growth
  • Find new business opportunities for Bob's evergrowing HRIS solution
  • Find and build relationships in key markets to create new opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients and open doors for new business.
Engaging Across Channels
  • Use multiple methods: make calls, send personalised emails, and attend live events to connect with prospects.
  • Find decision-makers, assess interest, and understand timelines.
Strategising for Success
  • Research and map out accounts to ensure high-quality opportunities.
  • Work with Account Executives to plan creative outreach and win new business.
Using Tools for Efficiency
  • Leave our state of art sales tech to see whos in market and increase of return of effort
  • Use our tech tools to automate tasks and focus on what matters most.
Collaborating to Improve
  • Share feedback with the team to improve strategies and content.
  • Be part of a culture that values learning and growth.
