The Opportunity 

As a Business Support Analyst, you will support our Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance functions with the data maintenance, analysis and reporting they need to deliver results for Millar & Bryce.  The role also includes provision of ad-hoc analytical and project support to the Managing Director. This is a fantastic role for an individual who is perhaps looking to apply their University/College analytical skills in real world scenarios with the opportunity to contribute to day-to-day operational performance and play a fundamental part in driving business growth. 

This role involves, but it not limited to;

•    Compiling, analysing, and reporting against customer data, including sales, revenue and contact data
•    Owning all reporting for the Sales team utilising Salesforce and the data warehouse provide reporting on Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards, with additional analysis and reporting in Excel 
•    Monitoring and analysing competitive activity, customer, and market trends 
•    Providing actionable reports to help guide the sales and marketing teams.
•    Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
•    Monitoring and evaluating performance against KPIs set by the Sales Director.
•    Keeping data held in Salesforce “clean” in line with our data governance standards.
•    Providing direct support to price change initiatives ensuring consistency across all customer outputs and communication.

About You

You will be numerate and have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse trends and manipulate data. 

You will also have/be:

•    Excellent Excel skills
•    2 years post study work experience
•    Salesforce knowledge is desirable
•    Strong spoken and written communication skills
•    The ability to work collaboratively
•    Already knowledgeable about/keen to learn new analytical tools i.e., PowerBI
