Analyze and translate business needs into system requirements, develop solutions, perform testing, and ensure clarity with stakeholders in a Scrum environment.

- You have a proven track record in analyzing business processes and system requirements.
- Your communication skills are impeccable, enabling you to translate complex technical issues into understandable terms for stakeholders and to translate business requirements into technical specification.
- You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to propose and implement solutions that improve business operations.
- You have ability to quickly adapt to changing environments, tools, and software specifications.
- You are experienced with SQL and data analysis tools.
- You are familiar with process modeling and BPMN or UML notation.
- You are familiar with Agile methodologies.
- You use process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN/UML).
- You are able to analyze software requirements and specifications to identify key areas for testing.
- You are familiar with various testing techniques such as exploratory testing, regression testing, use case testing, black-box and white-box testing approaches.
- You are focused on quality and ability to anticipate potential issues before they occur.
- You can work effectively in a team, support other team members, share knowledge and best practices.
You'll get extra points for:
- Having experience in test automation tools (eg. Selenium/SoapUI) and performance/load testing tools (eg. JMeter/LoadRunner).
- Having a background in finance or banking, particularly with fraud detection systems or decision engine systems.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Having any of the following certificates: CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA/IIBA-AAC/ISTQB/CSTE.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand and interpret business needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Develop effective business solutions and ensure their alignment with the company's technological framework.
- Perform thorough manual testing of the system to identify any bugs or issues.
- Accurately document test results and report any defects or inconsistencies to DevOps.
- Work closely with DevOps to ensure that system functionalities meet business requirements.
- Ensure that all analysis and testing activities are completed within the established timelines.
- Actively participate in scrum ceremonies.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of system requirements and functionalities.
