Role Summary:

The People Analytics Manager collaborates with POP leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of people analytics strategy and initiatives. Your main focus will be leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, enhance talent management, and optimize overall workforce performance.

What will you do at Infobip?

  • People Analytics Strategy: Collaborate with POP leaders and key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and priorities. Identify opportunities for using people analytics to drive talent management, employee engagement, and other POP initiatives.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of analysts to fulfill business objectives. Ensure high productivity, engagement, and retention within the team. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, monitor progress and performance, and provide feedback to ensure professional growth and success.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to the implementation of new people analytics initiatives and tools, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Data Analytics and Insights: Oversee the analysis of people-related data. Lead the development of analytics models to anticipate future workforce trends and make data-driven recommendations. Create comprehensive and visually compelling reports and dashboards that effectively present complex people analytics data to top management. Lead cross-functional projects of strategic importance in the people analytics area.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Establish and maintain data governance practices within the team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with POP leaders, company senior leaders, and executives to understand their analytics needs and ensure people analytics is integrated into overall business strategies. Act as a trusted advisor to top leadership and a subject-matter expert in the people analytics area.
  • Industry Research and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date about workforce management and people survey best practices. Lead the development of innovative approaches and methodologies in the people analytics area. Proactively identify opportunities for using people analytics to support strategic initiatives on a company level.

More about you:

  • University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record and minimum 5 years of experience in people/HR analytics to support talent management, workforce planning, and decision-making.
  • Previous experience leading a team or significant mentoring exposure, preferably with change management processes.
  • Passion for using data to drive insights that result in meaningful and actionable business process improvements benefiting our workforce and organizational goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (Workday an advantage) and analytics tools and software (e.g., PowerBI, Culture Amp, Qlik Sense).
  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams as well as working directly with company leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language – both written and spoken.
