Driven by continued growth and innovation across our brand portfolio, this opportunity has been created to strengthen campaign delivery and elevate customer engagement across multiple touchpoints. The Campaign Executive will play a pivotal role in bringing campaigns to life across CRM, digital, retail and ATL channels. The Campaign Executive will collaborate with internal specialists and creative agencies to ensure fully integrated delivery, while maintaining a focus on timelines, quality and performance. The Campaign Executive will champion the customer journey, translating strategy into seamless, engaging communications. The Campaign Executive will also balance high-volume BAU activity with major campaign launches, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.

The Campaign Executive will:

  • Deliver integrated campaigns across CRM, on-site, retail and digital channels
  • Manage creative briefs and oversee asset production with internal and external agencies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Track timelines, manage workflows and proactively mitigate risks
  • Uphold brand consistency across all campaign outputs

Essential Skills:

  • Proven campaign management experience
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Solid understanding of brand marketing and customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a brand marketing role, ideally with exposure to integrated campaigns across creative, media, and internal channels.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to provide constructive and concise feedback against briefs.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and creative thinker, able to contribute innovative ideas to the wider brand team.
  • Commercially and analytically minded, with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
  • High attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the broader strategic picture.
