Partner with the best
You will have a key role in the Commercial team contributing to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals and supporting the commercial organization in both deal closing and new opportunity discussions with customers, as well as contributing to the preparation of presentations for internal use and customers.
As Commercial Proposal Manager – Climate Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Being accountable for orders volume, pricing, profitability, proposal timeliness & quality, hit rate / win rate, convertibility targets for the region
Developing, preparing and managing proposals, having the ability to structure commercially and technically creative solutions that exceed Customers expectations and increase win rate.
Defining the pricing strategy on every deal and lead the deal strategy review.
Having deep knowledge of various markets and competition and ability to identify the best fitting technology to offer.
Reviewing terms and conditions, identifying deviations, and leading contract negotiations with customers.
Ensuring company risk process is followed.
Driving internal targeted cost reduction for specific deals and overall products.
Coordinating a multi-disciplinary team including Engineering, Supply chain, legal, finance, and external vendors to ensure timely flow of information
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have an Engineering degree.
Have good experience in commercial operations or as application engineer or similar client facing role related to technologies for the Energy industry.
Have very good contract negotiation skills and good knowledge of CTS Technologies and Services portfolio.
Have knowledge of rotating equipment for the Energy industry
Be a strong team player, interacting with all supporting functions. Ability to work in cross- functional and cross-cultural teams.
Have proven capability to establish good relationship with customers and build trust.
Have very good business acumen and customer centric attitude.
Have a never-give-up attitude, problem solver, works independently.
Have demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects successfully.
Have excellent communication & presentation skills. Fluent in English (written & verbally).
Be willing to travel as business requires.
