The Role

As our CRM Product Manager, you will serve as the technical backbone of the CRM department. You will be the expert and go-to person for all CRM platforms and tools we use across brands, markets, and verticals (Casino, Live Casino & Sportsbook).

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our CRM ecosystem is running smoothly, efficiently, and is fully leveraged by the entire team. In addition, you will utilize AI-powered solutions to enhance team workflows, automate manual processes, and drive operational excellence.

You’ll partner closely with CRM stakeholders, Product & Tech teams, and external vendors to drive platform improvements, manage migrations, and lead technical CRM initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Tools Expertise & Ownership

  • Act as the subject matter expert for all CRM platforms, tools, and integrations across the group.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of system capabilities, limitations, data structures, and upcoming enhancements.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure we maximise the value of every CRM tool.
  • Internal Enablement, Training & AI Adoption
  • Train all newcomers on CRM systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Develop and upskill the existing CRM team, ensuring they stay proficient in new features and platform evolutions.
  • Promote and guide the adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline execution.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, training materials, and process playbooks.

AI & Workflow Optimisation

  • Identify opportunities where AI can automate or enhance CRM operational processes, such as audience creation, content generation, asset management, QA, and platform configuration.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency, reduce manual workload, and improve campaign accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Head of CRM and Tech teams on AI-related initiatives, ensuring responsible and strategic usage within the CRM environment.

Stakeholder Communication & Feature Governance

  • Keep all stakeholders (CRM, Brands, Product, Tech, BI, Compliance, Marketing) informed about platform updates, new features, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with vendor account managers to communicate release notes, roadmap changes, and upcoming improvements.
  • Evaluate new feature releases, including AI capabilities, and provide recommendations on implementation.

Technical CRM Projects & Integrations

  • Take full ownership of technical CRM projects, such as:
  • Migration to new CRM platforms
  • Implementation of new CRM tools or modules
  • Collaboration with vendor and internal tech teams on integrations
  • Development of platform configurations and automation frameworks
  • Manage project timelines, requirements, documentation, QA, and rollout processes.
  • Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all involved teams.
  • Process Optimisation & Innovation
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline CRM workflows using automation, AI, and platform capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for new tools, enhancements, or integrations to strengthen CRM performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, platform stability, and optimal tool usage across all brands.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, CRM technology, marketing operations, or similar roles—preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Optimove, Softswiss, Solitics, Omarsys and similar).
  • Experience working with product/tech teams on requirements, specs, and QA.
  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle, segmentation, automation, and data flows.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, especially with implementations or migrations.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple ongoing projects.

Nice to Have (but not mandatory)

  • Experience with SQL or BI tools.
  • Prior experience in iGaming, mobile app CRM, or multi-brand environments.
  • Familiarity with APIs, event structures, or basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, or AI automation platforms.
  • Experience working with remote teams and global vendors.
