Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, supporting teams, and ensuring a well-structured and efficient working environment.
You will play a key role in office operations, employee support, and internal coordination while maintaining a positive and professional workplace atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Operations
- Support the daily management of office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organised, and fully functional
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related matters and coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage office inventory and place orders when required
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures
- Assist with booking flights, hotels, and travel arrangements for team members when required
HR & Employee Support
- Assist HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and filing
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Help organise company events, celebrations, and team activities
- Ensure office processes align with company policies and internal guidelines
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and manage schedules
- Assist with preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes when required
- Support the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and corporate gatherings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
