Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment, and support the broader team in administrative and operational tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily office management, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure a clean, organised, and well-functioning workspace
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related issues and liaise with vendors and suppliers
HR & Employee Support
- Support HR with administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and organising company events
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office regulations
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organise internal meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and corporate gatherings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Experience in iGaming or a tech-driven environment is a plus
