About the Job:

We are looking for an eager Analyst to join our dynamic and growing consulting team. This role is an opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to client success, and begin your consulting career. The specific responsibilities and required experience will differ based on the level, as detailed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation projects and directly contribute to project deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and writing recaps for technical and project management discussions.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials.
  • Support project leads with task assignment, resource allocations, timeline and budget management 
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, solutions and development resources to deliver high-quality work.
  • Exhibit advanced understanding of the various Salesforce platforms and related systems as well as how they function together
  • Manage and support project team members on several, simultaneous projects.
  • Develop strong client relationship management skills.
  • Maintain a high billable utilization rate
  • Contribute to internal team initiatives, such as knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and characteristics
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Proficiency SQL/SOQL, HTML, Excel. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications, such as CAPM, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Cloud Administrator and/or Consultant Certification(s)
  • Exposure to / experience with CRM, ERP, BI or Salesforce products
