About the Job:

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest and academic background in data analysis, who are enthusiastic about learning and have a natural aptitude for problem-solving. As a Data Analyst, you should have a passion for analyzing data, collaborating effectively within a team, and have excellent client interaction skills. You will work closely with team members to analyze, interpret, and utilize our clients in a meaningful way that meets their business requirements and drives success. Your role will be critical in ensuring the success of our clients' data analytics needs by delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the business. 

Who You Are:

We are seeking individuals with strong interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence, as you would represent Magna Marketing to our clients. The ability to communicate effectively, empathize with clients, and collaborate with team members is crucial for success as a Data Analyst in our organization. You enjoy having a good structure and sound processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of various Salesforce business applications
  • Cultivating and expanding client relationships
  • Project management
  • Providing technical consulting services
  • Conducting data analysis
  • Developing and implementing technology systems with guidance from the head of delivery
  • Developing and expanding critical vendor relationships

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A major in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or Math
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as CSS, IS, JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, Ampscript, or C++
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Coachability(An interest in learning)
  • A hardworking attitude(Goes above and beyond) 
  • A mind for self improvement(Can positively recieve critical feedback) 
  • A self learner(Is curious and seeks additional skills/ knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Datorama, Tableau, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or Interaction studio)
  • Amazon AWS
  • Oracle
  • SAP
  • Proficiency in Google suite.
