- Supporting the processing of customer deductions from start to finish for your allocated regions
- Assisting with the investigation and resolution of deductions, following agreed processes
- Logging, tracking, and updating deduction and dispute information accurately
- Liaising with internal teams to gather information and support resolution
- Producing regular reports and summaries on deductions activity
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet shared deadlines
- A strong interest in starting a career in finance, accounting, or business operations
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, or a willingness to learn quickly
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach
- A positive, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
