The Role: Digital Content Editor
As a Digital Content Editor you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, editing and publishing of content across core digital channels and platforms. You will input content into core templates, and ensure content QA is performed prior to publishing. You will enable the publishing of content once approved by key SME’s and stakeholders. As a Digital Content Editor in our experience execution channel team, you will work closely across all functions to gain input to ensure standards and quality remains at the forefront of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer content briefs as part of digital content editing team, working on a structured backlog.
- Input content and other content assets within the content management system, or other digital platforms (video, social, email).
- Create or edit pages in line with digital UI and content standards.
- Upload document and images in line with taxonomy standards
- Quality assure all content prior to pre-approval and final approvals.
- Conduct regular audits of content and assets and templates governing all content
- Quality assure all content against usability and accessibility standards
Key Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge or proficiency in digital content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes
- Excellent communication skills alongside the ability to collaborate
- Knowledge or proficiency in digital design standards
- Knowledge or proficiency in digital workflows, backlog management and publishing processes
