A look into the role

As a Digital Marketing Executive within our Markets and Clients team, you will play a key role in supporting the firm’s growth ambitions and go-to-market priorities across our digital marketing estate.

This is a broad and varied role focused on enabling high-quality, efficient and impactful digital marketing activity. You will support the delivery and optimisation of campaigns, while helping to ensure the systems, processes and governance behind them are effective and scalable.

You’ll help bring structure and consistency to how we execute marketing, while also identifying opportunities to improve performance, user experience and ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone who is developing their digital marketing career - bringing some core experience, but equally a strong willingness to learn, adapt and grow. You’ll be supported to build your skills across marketing technology, campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to meaningful work that directly supports the firm’s growth.

Joining us as a Digital Marketing Executive, the minimum criteria you’ll need is

  • Experience supporting digital marketing activity across web, social, PPC and content
  • Understanding and experience of how AI and LLMs can support digital marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing systems such as CMS, Content Management Platforms or email platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements to processes and ways of working
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders
  • A willingness to learn, adapt and build new skills in a fast-paced environment

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience with content marketing platforms such as Optimizely (CMP/CMS)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and internal communications tools
  • Experience working with data reporting and analytics
  • Exposure to marketing governance, data management or compliance processes
  • Experience supporting projects or coordinating marketing initiatives
  • An interest in marketing technology, optimisation and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a professional services or B2B environment
