Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for AI and a proven track record of success in digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will lead the adoption of AI technologies within our marketing function, establish an AI-powered marketing infrastructure, and drive the execution of impactful country-level marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
AI Leadership & Innovation:
- Lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of cutting-edge AI tools across the marketing spectrum, including content creation, image generation, video and audio creation platforms, graphic design (e.g., Canva, Designs.ai, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, DALL-E 2, HeyGen, Pictory, etc.).
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate the marketing team on the effective use of AI tools and best practices, including hands-on workshops and ongoing support.
- Proactively monitor the latest advancements in AI and machine learning within the marketing domain, identifying emerging technologies with the potential to enhance marketing performance.
- Stay informed about relevant industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines related to the use of AI in marketing.
- Build and maintain a repository of knowledge and resources related to AI tools and their applications within the marketing team.
Establishing an AI-Powered Marketing Infrastructure:
- Establish and lead a dedicated initiative to streamline and automate marketing processes through the strategic application of AI technologies.
- Lead the analysis of existing marketing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency, productivity, and ROI.
- Leverage AI-powered data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from marketing data, identify trends, and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of AI best practices, case studies, and resources for the marketing team.
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in all marketing activities, adhering to relevant data privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.
Country Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the development of engaging marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, website content, social media graphics, print design) that reflect and strengthen the brand identity.
- Drive the planning and execution marketing events (e.g., conferences, webinars, workshops).
- Develop lead generation campaigns, track and nurture leads and contribute to the development of lead scoring models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Process Automation, AI-driven Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, with a particular curiosity to explore and learn about emerging AI/ML tools and their potential applications within a business context.
- Experience with process automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ClickUp,) or other workflow automation platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and principles, such as event planning, digital marketing, lead nurturing, design
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify automation opportunities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Fluent English speaking is a must, Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
