OX Security is hiring a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our EMEA sales efforts. You'll manage a team of AEs while driving your own deals and helping shape our go-to-market motion in the region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows the cyber landscape, and leads by example.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience managing sales teams in B2B SaaS Cyber.
  • Proven success as an individual contributor with strong closing skills
  • Deep familiarity with the cybersecurity space (AppSec/DevSecOps a plus)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities
  • Based in Israel or the UK (preferred), with experience in the EMEA market
