MongoDB’s Early Talent Recruiting Team is responsible for hiring entry level sales professionals  into our Sales Development Team. As an Associate Early Talent Recruiter, you will also support the full cycle recruiting process around hiring Account Development Representatives. 

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

In this role, you will

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for entry level Sales Hiring, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering offers
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure we attract and hire the best talent
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through high-touch communication and a structured, engaging process
  • Help refine and enhance our early career sales hiring strategy, contributing to program development and process improvements

The right person for this role will

  • 1+ years of experience in sales recruiting or a related talent acquisition role
  • Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments, ideally within early-career hiring
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive talent
  • Exceptionally organized, with strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experienced with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse and/or GEM dashboards preferred)
  • Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours if needed.
