Position Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy communications leader who doesn't just manage press—they build. You will own our EMEA communications engine, blending traditional PR with next-gen AI workflows to scale our reach, sentiment analysis, and efficiency. This critical role balances 60% Communications Strategy/Execution (Media Relations, Social Media, PR) with 40% Comms Operations (Building AI agents, automating listening and reporting, optimizing workflows). The primary goal is to replace manual administrative tasks with intelligent automation, freeing up time for high-value strategic counsel and proactive media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Communications Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute the integrated PR strategy for the EMEA region to drive brand awareness and perception.
  • Own day-to-day media relations, including managing agency relationships, drafting press releases, developing spokesperson Q&As, and handling reactive/crisis communications.
  • Oversee earned media strategy and execution across key EMEA channels, ensuring alignment with global brand voice.
  • Serve as the "Quality Control Lead" for all outbound regional communications, ensuring AI-assisted drafts and final materials meet our strict brand voice and accuracy standards.

AI & Automation Infrastructure:

  • Build AI Workflows: Design and maintain low-code/no-code workflows (using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make) to automate media monitoring, social listening, reporting, and first-draft generation of routine communications.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine a library of prompts for LLMs (Gemini, Copilot, or similar tools) to accelerate drafting, repurposing content for different channels (e.g., from press release to social thread), and tailoring persona-based messaging.
  • Operationalize Tech Stack: Create an efficient pipeline that connects our media monitoring (Meltwater), social management (Sprout Social), project management (Asana), and knowledge base (Glean), significantly reducing manual admin work and improving reporting accuracy.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS Communications/PR with a focus on the EMEA market.
  • Proficiency in automated workflows, RAG, and Marketing AI tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where tools and models change rapidly.

Skills:
Core Comms Skills:

  • Expertise in PR and media relations for the enterprise software/IT infrastructure market.
  • Maintaining media relationships and influencer engagement in EMEA
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; ability to humanize AI drafts and provide strategic counsel on messaging.

AI & Ops Skills:

  • Workflow Automation: Experience using n8n, Zapier, or Make to connect APIs and move data between apps.
  • AI Tools: Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and other generative tools for asset creation and analysis.
  • Comms Stack Proficiency: Experience with key tools like Meltwater, Sprout Social, Asana, and internal knowledge systems like Glean.
