The events at Cytora play a key role in building our brand, engaging industry leaders, and driving business growth. As our Events Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of high-impact events, from executive roundtables to global conferences. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to craft exceptional experiences that elevate Cytora’s thought leadership and industry presence. What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute a comprehensive global event strategy aligned with Cytora’s yearly objectives.

  • Identify high-impact industry events and curate branded experiences that elevate Cytora’s visibility and thought leadership.

  • Align the event roadmap with product launches, ecosystem milestones, and partnership initiatives.

  • Lead the planning of roundtables, executive dinners, hospitality events, conferences and trade shows

  • Create clear event briefs that align stakeholders and coordinate related teams.

  • Build relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure high-quality event delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and design teams for cohesive branding and messaging.

  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging, from pre-event promotion to on-site experience and post-event follow-up.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in executing a range of B2B events - preferably in the Insurance/Finance sector

  • Experience in managing a community of senior executives 

  • Excellent cross collaboration skills

  • High degree of autonomy and creativity

  • Ability to work under pressure of event execution - solution orientated attitude

  • Highly communicative, friendly demeanour

  • Willingness to travel

Location

The role can be based anywhere in the UK

You should have:

Fluent spoken and written English skills
