We are looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate for the role of MICE Team Manager for our ever growing Perk Events team. In this role, you will manage a team of MICE Specialists. You'll play a key role for us by focusing on the constant skill development of the team and helping them achieve sales goals.

What you will do:

Be the leader of MICE Specialists and engage the members of your team:

• Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement

• Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team.

• Review the performance of your team members.

• Coach & mentor a world-class Sales team: Have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.

• Identify individual and team training needs.

• Onboard and train new salespeople.

• Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.

• Develop specific training sessions based on needs.

• Act as a consultant to your direct reports

• Leadership experience with a proven track record.

• Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
