Executive Assistant FTC 12 months (Maternity Cover)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a fixed term, Executive Assistant to two of our Managing Directors across UK & Ireland and our EMEA Growth Markets. This role is based in our Battersea Office in London and requires office attendance.
Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do:• Provide extensive, complex diary and inbox management using own initiative to proactively identify and manage conflicts taking into consideration of the business demands and changing priorities.• Fully coordinate meetings ensuring including preparing agendas, papers, reports, and presentations as required.• Attend meetings when required, provide accurate minutes, or action logs, and take ownership of following up on outstanding actions.• Manage complex itineraries to include travel, accommodation, transfers, and visa applications to Exec's requirements and preferences.• Manage expenses for your Executives in a timely and accurate manner.• Provide administrative support to the Leadership team and wider business as and when required.• Manage department records to ensure that documents and information can be quickly, effectively, discreetly, and readily available.
Here are some of the things you'll bring:• Excellent organisation skills, with a high degree of accuracy at a fast pace with an ability to prioritise.• A can-do approach, willing to take on any task that needs doing• Strong Microsoft skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint• The ability to prioritise an often-conflicting workload.• Ability to build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust at all times.• Confident at making decisions, and investigating requests where necessary whilst Identifying risks or conflicts and developing solutions.• Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
