Helfy is a leading and innovative international company in the digital medical and healthcare sector, operating at scale across the European market. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global environment and grow professionally within a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities- Supporting the team with operational reports
- Accounting and operational management of inventory
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations in line with company policies
- Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and control purposes
- Drive improvements in close processes, reporting automation, and internal controls
- Support financial reporting for multi‑entity structures in a global environment
- Degree in Economics or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a global company and/or supporting international operations
- High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, NetSuite and Dokka is an advantage
- Strong English skills (spoken, written, and reading)
- Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of organization, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a broad business perspective
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, including remote collaboration
