As our Graduate Sales & Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with our affiliate network of 600+ partners, helping them achieve success while driving business growth through innovative marketing campaigns and relationship building. This comprehensive 12-month internship is perfect for outgoing, personable graduates who thrive on building relationships and driving results.
What you'll achieve
- Drive affiliate success: Work closely with our bottom 600-700 affiliate partners to help them maximize their performance and revenue potential
- Lead relationship building: Conduct regular outreach, support calls, and training sessions to strengthen affiliate partnerships
- Plan and execute events: Organize webinars, networking events, and training workshops to engage and educate our affiliate network
- Create marketing campaigns: Develop promotional materials, email campaigns, and social content to support affiliate marketing efforts
- Support new affiliate acquisition: Collaborate with our affiliate sales team to identify, onboard, and nurture new partnership opportunities
- Analyze performance metrics: Track affiliate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and present insights to drive strategic decisions
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (2:1 or above preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
- Outgoing, personable personality with genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
- Right to work in the UK
- Sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Event planning or project coordination experience
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development
- Leadership experience from university societies, sports teams, or part-time work
