We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Assistant to join our team! Our HR department is the heartbeat of the company, fostering a positive culture and driving meaningful change. As part of our fantastic HR Team, you’ll work alongside talented, friendly, and highly professional individuals who truly make a difference every day. This is your chance to grow, contribute, and be part of something extraordinary!  
Responsibilities:

  • Help address basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources
  • Provide support for various HR projects and initiative
  • Collaborate with HR team members to help achieve departmental objectives
  • Assist with compiling data for HR reports and presentations
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and day-to-day HR operations
  • Support in the preparation and update of HR documents

Requirenments:

  • Previous work experience is not required, but any communication related experience can be beneficial
  • English at least at B2 level
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices and processes are essential
  • Attention to detail and the capability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Work schedule:
