Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd are seeking a dedicated individual to join our HR team, delivering customer-focused advisory and operational services throughout the entire employee lifecycle, in line with our company HR policies.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage Complex HR Cases: Successfully handle high-volume HR casework.
• Provide Expert Advice: Offer clear, accurate generalist advice to colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement HR initiatives (including newly implemented HR System) that enhance our processes and realise efficiencies.
• Influence Positive Outcomes: Develop successful outcomes and maintain effective employee engagement.
• Support Change and Development: Assist HR leadership and line management in driving people-related changes and development across the business.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experienced HR Professional: Proven history in an HR Advisor role or similar.
• Independent and Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
• Excellent Time Management: Effectively prioritise a busy workload and manage expectations.
• Qualified and Knowledgeable: CIPD part-qualified or equivalent, with a solid understanding of employment law at a generalist, operational level.
